1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SEND IF I ORDER?

We use a delivery time from 1 to 3 days.

2. ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH A WEBSHOP QUALITY MARK?

Yes, we have been affiliated with the independent organization "webshop quality mark" since 2015.

3. CAN I PAY WITH I-DEAL?

Yes, you can pay with I-Deal, Paypal, Sofortbanking etc.. It is also possible to comply with the amount through a bank transfer.

4. CAN I CONTACT YOU FOR MAAT ADVICE?

Yes, we are ready to provide you with the right size advice. Please contact us via WhatsApp and our employees will provide you with the right advice.

5. CAN I REACH YOU BY TELEPHONE?

Yes, we can be reached by telephone at +31 174 75 03 61 from Monday to Friday from 10hr to 15hr. And no! We are not available by phone in the evening and weekend :).

6. CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

Yes, you can return the ordered products or a part without reason. You must do this within 14 days after receiving your order. So you have enough time to see the products.

7. CAN I RETURN MY RETURN PACKAGE FOR FREE?

No, you must frank the package yourself at the post office. If you unexpectedly return the entire order, you will receive the shipping costs that you have paid back when placing the order. So you only pay 1x shipping costs and not 2x!

8. CAN I PAY AFTERWARDS?

No, it is currently not possible to pay afterwards.

9. HAVE YOU RECEIVED ME RETURN PACKAGE?

If you want to know if your return package has arrived at us, you can check this with the track and trace number that you have received at the post office itself.

10. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK FROM MY RETURN PACKAGE?

Upon receipt of your return package, we will deposit the money back to the account of which the payment has been made within 14 days. Has the 14 days period elapsed? Then contact us.
